CHi FITNESS SIGNATURE CLASSES



We’ve developed our own range of Signature Classes to offer you workouts that are new, exciting and fun! These classes bring you something different, and challenge you to take your workout, your fitness, and your health to the next level. All whilst you have a great time!!



  • CHi CORE - A Core Strengthening workout focusing on the body's powerhouse: the abdomen, rear, back and the pelvic floor. A series of flowing movements are executed with control, concentration and breathing, to achieve a firmer and sleeker body. Regular practice of this class will improve your postural awareness; it will give you long, toned muscles, and a total body balance.

 

  • CHi SCULPT - A high intensity but low paced fat burning and muscle toning workout. This exciting class focuses on Total Body Conditioning, combining aerobic exercises to improve cardiovascular endurance, and weight training using barbells, hand weights, boards and resistance bands to enhance muscle tone and strength.

 

  • CHi CARDIO - Spice up your workouts with this unique and stylish Cardiovascular Conditioning class designed with exciting choreography and dance moves that are executed in different directions. Lose the flab while having lots of fun!!

 

  • CHi STRETCH - A Mind & Body class using different type of stretching and breathing techniques. Movements are executed dynamically to develop a calm mind, and a flexible, strong body. Regular practice of this class will give you a better range of motion, good coordination, strength, and sense of balance.

 

  • CHi SMASH- Take your workout to the next level with CHi Smash, a high intensity Total Body Workout inspired by mixed martial arts. Punching mitts and kicking pads are used as energy targets to up your endurance and strength. Burn that extra fat and tone your muscles while learning the techniques of kickboxing.

 

  • CHi RHYTHM - Challenge your Coordination and Sense of Rhythm on the step board. With its exciting ‘Groovy Dance Moves’ this class is a truly exhilarating, fun yet intense workout. Gear up, jive with the music, and practice those dance moves on the step board.

 

  • JUKARI FIT TO FLY - A workout inspired by Circus acts using a trapeze-like fly-set. The class is designed with a series of movements combining Cardio, Strength, Core Training and Balance to strengthen and lengthen the whole body. What a workout!!

 

  • JUKARI EXPRESS - A Strength training class designed for people who want a fast and effective workout. All you need is 30 minutes intense training on the trapeze.

  • BELLY DANCE -An Aerobic class that helps you tone muscles you never know you had! Learn how to shimmy, vibrate your hips and flutter your tummy with exotic music.

 

  • LATIN - A cardio class using all styles of high energy Latin moves and music from Latin American and Iberian origins.

 

  • DANCE MANIA - A class that introduces different types of dance techniques ranging from Contemporary to Modern Dances. Learn how to dance Hip Hop, Jazz, MTV Jam, Belly Dancing and more...

 

  • ABT  A Muscle Toning workout specifically designed to target our body's trouble spots, your Abs, Butts and Thighs.

 

  • HI-LO CARDIO - This is a high energy, sport-inspired athletics cardio workout with simple moves, perfect for burning excessive calories, and building strength & stamina.

 

 

MIND & BODY CLASSES 

  • YIN YOGA - Yin postures explore the body’s subtle energies; they help lengthen the body’s deep connective tissues (tendons and ligaments), especially in the pelvic and lower spine areas, as well as correct any anatomical misalignment, ensuring joint integrity.

 

  • BASIC YOGA - An introduction to the fundamentals of yoga postures. This class is the practice of basic postures combined with correct alignment and breathing techniques.

 

  • YOGASANA - A class that focuses on teaching you the Forth Limb of Yoga which is the Asanas or Postures.

 

  • ALIGNMENT YOGA - Based on BKS Iyengar's teachings, the focus is on precise alignment in each pose.

 

  • HATHA YOGA - Yogic practices, both physical and mental, performed for the purpose of purifying and strengthening the physical and subtle bodies.

 

  • YOGA FUNDAMENTALS- An introduction to the fundamentals of yoga. Specially designed for first timers who wants to learn the basic yoga postures.

 

  • GENTLE YOGA - A gentle, well-rounded practice suitable for beginners, seniors and anyone looking for a slower-paced class.

 

  • YOGA FLOW - An introduction to a vinyasa based class (the linking of breath & movement into a continuous sequence). It is ideal for intermediate students who have mastered the basic asanas.

 

  • DANCE YOGA - A class originally known as Natya Yoga. Postures are pre-choreographed and executed with certain music to bring mood to the practice.

 

  • POWER YOGA - One of the powerfully invigorating yoga styles. Strong flowing movements and breathing are incorporated for a high energy, sweat producing, muscle building workout.

 

  • SWEAT YOGA - A slow paced yoga practice involves classic poses, breath, coordination of breath and movements. The class involves holding a posture for an extended time to develop concentration and inner awareness.

 

  • VINYASA YOGA - A class that employs a series of poses flowing from one movement to another in conjunction with the breathing.

 

  • YOGALATES - A class that combines the principles of Yoga and Pilates to lengthen and strengthen the whole body.

 

  • PILATES - Pilates works on increasing practitioners' muscle strength in a controlled and supported manner, improving practitioners' flow in movement and core strength.

  

  • FITBALL  - Exercise routines on a ball using the principles of both Yoga and Pilates. A unique method for building long sculpted muscles and developing a strong back and abdominal core strength.
